Catura began with a question: why should the Emirates settle for anything less than the world's finest coffee?
We work directly with a handful of farmers in Colombia's Huila and Antioquia regions — long-term relationships built on transparency and shared standards. Their cherries arrive in Dubai, where our roastmaster spends weeks dialling in each profile on our Probat drum before a single bag ships.
What you receive is not a commodity. It is the work of dozens — the cherry-picker, the parchment-fermenter, the cupper, the roaster, the courier. Every bag carries their craft.
Origin
Direct trade, long-term relationships.
Every bean we roast can be traced back to a specific farm, varietal, lot, and harvest. We pay above Fair Trade. We visit our partners annually. We invest in their experimental processing.

Roastery
A Dubai roastery built for obsession.
Our Al Quoz facility houses a vintage Probat UG-22 and a state-of-the-art cupping lab. Every batch is profiled, cupped, and approved before release. Nothing leaves the roastery that wouldn't pass our 88+ score.

Craft
Precision is hospitality.
Brewing is the final act of a long chain. We share our recipes, train baristas, and publish brewing guides because exceptional coffee deserves exceptional service.
