Refund Policy

Unopened Coffee

Unopened bags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer covers return shipping.

Opened or Damaged Coffee

If your coffee arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standard, contact concierge@catura.ae within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.

Equipment

30-day returns on unused brewing equipment in original packaging. Refunds processed within 5 business days.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from your account. Refunds on individual shipments are issued only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
