How fast do you deliver across the UAE?+
Most orders arrive within 24–48 hours in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Other emirates: 2–3 business days.
Is delivery free?+
Yes — on all orders above 250 AED across the UAE. Below that, a flat 25 AED applies.
Can I pay cash on delivery?+
Yes. We support COD, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and Tabby.
Coffee & Roasting
When was my coffee roasted?+
All coffee is roasted to order. The roast date is printed on every bag — typically within 24 hours of dispatch.
Should I buy whole bean or ground?+
Whole bean preserves freshness 2–3× longer. If you don't own a grinder, we offer espresso, filter, and French press grinds.
How should I store my coffee?+
In the original bag, sealed, at room temperature, away from direct light. Avoid the fridge.
Subscriptions
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?+
Yes, anytime, from your account. No hidden fees, no minimum commitment.
Can I choose which coffees I receive?+
Connoisseur and Collector members can pre-select. Discovery members receive our roastmaster's monthly pick.
